How to Drill Down Metrics Using Filters & Breakdowns in Sightfull | Step-by-Step Guide

Welcome, we're going to walk through filtering and breakdowns in Sightfull metrics. The first thing we're going to do is open a metric.

We're going to use ARR for this example. On the left-hand side, you can see the Filters panel. To add a filter, click and select the filter you would like to apply.

We're going to add Country as a filter. Next, select the value you want to filter by. Once you click Add, you will see this reflected in your metric.

At the bottom left, you have the option to add a Breakdown. Now, we will select the dimension we want to break down by—Segment.

We can now see the metric broken down by segment. If you want to focus on Mid-SMBs, you can filter for that specifically. To see more details, click the View Chart option below the metric.

If you'd like to further break down this metric, you can add another Breakdown—for example, by Industry.

Using the Legend on the right-hand side, you can select only Mid-Market or SMB segments. If you want to remove a specific segment, you can do that using the legend.
